👋 Hi, I’m Coach Kate.

I help burnt out women (35+) overcome weight gain through a realistic roadmap and anti-inflammatory nutrition. As a health coach and mom, I know how different seasons in life can call for different strategies. I’ve helped women just like you go from bloated, confused, and over-dieted to feeling empowered and strong into their 40s, 50s, and beyond - without starvation or food shaming.
