How it works…

  • The 28-Day Eat the Rainbow Challenge will walk you through taking simple, actionable steps that fit around your holiday schedule (not against it!).

  • The challenge kicks off December 8th but offers a flex week over Christmas.

  • You’ll start adding a variety of fruits and vegetables into your day to reduce bloating, support a healthy gut, and promote muscle build (yes, veggies can do all that!)

👋 Hi, I’m Coach Kate.

I help burnt out women (35+) overcome weight gain and joint pain through anti-inflammatory nutrition, low-impact strength, and without restrictive dieting. As a health coach and mom, I know how different seasons in life can call for different strategies.
